ORDERS

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Please provide an accurate name, phone number, and delivery address. We may contact you to confirm your order before shipping.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if the customer’s information is incomplete, the product is unavailable, or previous orders were repeatedly refused without a valid reason.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Payment is made in cash upon delivery unless another payment method is clearly offered at checkout.

Shipping fees and the final order total will be shown before completing your order.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every reasonable effort to display product photographs, colors, specifications, and measurements accurately. Slight differences may occur because of lighting, screen settings, or production variations.

Customers should review the product description and specifications before ordering.

DELIVERY AND INSPECTION

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier schedules, public holidays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Where courier service permits, customers may inspect the shipment upon delivery before making payment. Inspection confirms that the correct product arrived in acceptable condition and does not include wearing or prolonged use.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy and applicable Egyptian consumer protection regulations.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The SARMAD name, logo, product photographs, written content, and website design may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SARMAD is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, normal wear, or failure to follow product care instructions.
