SARMAD delivers orders across Egypt using trusted courier services.

SHIPPING COST

Standard shipping costs LE 90 across Egypt unless a different amount is displayed at checkout or announced as part of a promotion.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

• Cairo and Giza: 1–2 business days.
• Other governorates: 2–4 business days.

Remote locations, public holidays, weather conditions, high-demand periods, or courier circumstances may require additional time.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Please provide an accurate name, phone number, and complete delivery address. Our team may contact you to confirm the order before shipping.

Orders with incomplete or incorrect information may be delayed or cancelled.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

The courier may contact you before delivery. Please keep your phone available and ensure someone can receive the shipment.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be shipped again because the customer was unavailable, provided an incorrect address, or refused a previously confirmed order without a valid product-related reason.

INSPECTION BEFORE PAYMENT

Where permitted by the courier, you may inspect the shipment upon delivery before paying. Inspection is limited to confirming that the correct product arrived in acceptable condition and does not include wearing or prolonged use.

If the shipment is visibly damaged or incorrect, refuse it and contact us immediately.

DELAYS

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. SARMAD is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, but we will assist whenever possible.
